We like any other web networks experience chronic problems with SPAMMERS; casual users simply messing around with the controls or folks testing the system.
Now if we allowed all these to clutter up the CV Database it would become very messy, very quickly indeed.
Thus we havd the best policy for this as follows:
- Poorly completed accounts are deleted
- Accounts with incomprehensible content - deleted
- Accounts set up from a persisting IP address & with repeated poor content - is banned by IP
The Open CV Database is set up for the employment and hiring process and the very specialist operators for the jobs search process and not as a social or casual purpose - so new users should better make their intentions clear immediately upon first use or risk rapid removal.
